...Except, I think this is actually Xiu, the rescued feral kitten that did not find a home. She's semi-wild though. There was a different tortie on a tractor some time back. It's just a popular place! I think the dark colored seat gets warm in the sun so kitties like it. Sometimes I think there is a waiting list for that seat.
